Presenting: Fun Times Living In the Earth-Land Ocean! You are now in the Earth-Land Ocean. Above us is rubble, some really cool artifacts that no one has yet to find, stone, marbles, marble stone, three layers of concrete. All of this is held up by a balloon net covered by plexiglass but it’s colored with graphite and liquid eyeliner. This piece has no imagination. But it’s fun!
Help us put together our production of Fun Times Living In The Earth-Land Ocean! for our performance at Winterfest 2020 at Hudson Guild Theatre Jan 2 at 9pm, Jan 4 at 1pm, and Jan 5 at 6pm.
Written and directed by Mariah Busk with the creative help of Anne Karyna Bakan (production manager), Evan Ray (costume designer/performer), Mariel Sanchez (light designer/performer), Giovanni Kavota (sound designer), Suz Fyodorov (performer), Arianna Noble (performer), Laura Hirsch (performer), Cynthia Cunningham (performer), Rachel Mikita (voice/video), and Juliette Holiday (voice/video).
Though we are using some found materials, we'd like to buy some spiffy costume pieces, a microphone with a built-in speaker, and some beach essentials for props. We'd also really love to pay everyone involved!
