Fullfilling Jeanne's Wish
Donation protected
Jeanne moved to the U.S. with her three children from a small country in West Africa named Togo in 2002. She moved here to provide her children with better opportunities, and wanted nothing more than to see them succeed. Brilliant, generous, and hardworking, she lit up any room she entered with her booming voice and laugh.
Jeanne, my mom, is a 63 year old woman who was diagnosed with multiple myeloma Spring of 2015. She went through chemotherapy amongst other treatments and was in remission October of 2017. The cancer came back June of 2018, more aggressive than before, and after a lengthy and draining battle with the disease, we have been told there's nothing more that can be done. The cancer has spread extensively and her days are limited.
All my mother has ever dreamed of is returning back home. My siblings and I, along with family and friends, want nothing more than to fulfill her wish and lay her to rest in Togo. This page is to help cover all expenses that will help us make my mom's wish come true.
She will be leaving behind 3 children, 2 in-laws, 4 grandchildren, 5 younger brothers and sisters, and a multitude of friends and family. Anything would help immensely, thank you so much for your generosity. God bless you all.
*Edit/Update: Jeanne passed away today, April 14th, 2019. Ayaovi Da Cruz is my sister's husband, my mother's son-in-law, and will be the one handling donations for the funeral. Thank you.
