From Rollie to Walkie

In 2006 I was a victim of a hit and run car crash where I was left on the side of the road for dead by a drunk driver, picking up multiple injuries throughout my body, the worse being a spinal injury high up on my back.
Being a paraplegic comes with a lot of problems, from fluctuating blood pressure and a lack of heat control, to nerve pain that no pain killer can come close to easing. And then there's the very obvious mobility problems. Paralysis from my stomach down where I'm unable to move my muscles never mind walk.
My hope one day is to fully recover and do that any way I can. This GoFundMe project is to get myself to Panama for a combination stem cell treatment which has seen great results for many people, and it's the best I've seen so I'm going for it!
From rollie to walkie, my hope is with this amazing therapy I can reverse my paralysis or at the very least gain improvements which will make a meaningful change to my life. Even small gains can make a massive difference, such as knowing when to go to the toilet (a gain often reported), and I'm aiming to be one of those stories where I walk after treatment :).
