Friendship Baptist Church

Friendship Baptist Church is located in Norfolk, Va. at 3834 E Princess Anne Rd.  Pastored by Reverend Gregory Norris, it is a place where the Word of God is taught and preached and a place where friends become family.

May 2017 the church hired, trusted and paid a company to replace the brick on the outside of the church. The project began and abruptly, the contractor stopped the work. Numerous attempts to contact the contractor to complete the work,  have led to a dead end. 
To make matters worse, it has since been discovered that the bricks and material the hired contractor used to start the project, were not the appropriate bricks for the outside of the building. The bricks have to be removed and the appropriate bricks and material will have to be purchased and laid. 

The church paid the contractor more than $18,000 and now all of the work, including the removal of the incorrect bricks and the replacement of the correct bricks still need to be done. 

We have been blessed to have volunteers come out and lend physical help and we are truly grateful for every volunteer that selfishly gave their time.
