Fry Fights Cancer with the help of family and friends!
No easy way to say it, Fry's got cancer. Since his diagnosis back in October, the outpouring of messages and inquiries to help out have been overwhelming and reassuring to he and all of us, his family. Some of these wonderful people came to us wanting to put something special together for him and to offer the opportunity for others to do more. The first idea was a fund raiser called Friends and Family For Fry, which has been scheduled for January 24 at Pensabene's Casa Grande at 135 State Fair Blvd, Syracuse, NY from 12-6pm. Appropriately named as there is nothing more important to Jeff than his family and friends and nothing that he likes better than to get all these people together for a party! The perfect way to pave his path to full recovery so please come by if you can!
The second idea was this gofundme account to help Jeff with the medical bills coming his way. Rarely found in men, Jeff's cancer wasn't discovered until it had already reached stage 4. For the next 4-6 months he will be receiving chemotherapy treatments to get rid of the cancer and then will go on maintenance therapies to keep it at bay. As is his nature, he is determined to beat it with a positive attitude and fun. It will be a long road but healing is on the horizon. Our goal here is to show Jeff loving support and to ease the financial burden of the health care costs he faces over the next year plus. Please feel free to donate or just send Jeff a message, anything and everything is greatly appreciated.
We are all so grateful for everyone of you and all you have already done and are willing to do to help Jeff win this battle.
