Dear friends of Edwin,
It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to our dear friend Edwin Coppard. He passed away suddenly on May 9th, in Japan, while doing what he loved—teaching people to find their own authentic voice through music. He was surrounded by longtime and new associates, students, and friends. Edwin has left behind his loving wife Cheryl, and his sons Ulysses and Zane.

Many friends have asked what they can do to help the Coppards at this tender time of transition, so we have set up this GoFundMe Page to raise funds to:
1) Help Cheryl and her sons go to Japan to be part of Edwin's sacred Japanese Cremation Ceremony (if you have air-miles that could be transferred, this would also work—please let us know).
2) Organize a special Vedic Performance to smooth Edwin's transition.
3) Provide living expenses for Cheryl so she can navigate through the next few months towards her new future.
Edwin and Cheryl's financial situation had been very difficult for some time due to complications from Edwin's long standing battle with diabetes. As you can imagine, Edwin's sudden passing has been overwhelming for Cheryl and the family, so as friends we felt inspired to start this campaign immediately to help with expenses now and for the future. Any amount you feel to donate will be extremely helpful and gratefully received.
