Fresh Perspective Trip to NYC

The purpose of this is to raise money for our Fresh Perspective Youth Mentorship Program which is a collaboration between #SaveOurStreets and The James D Thomas Foundation. Our after school Mentorship program focuses on learning and goal building. Part of our program is a pen Pal initiative which is a collaboration with the Reading 4 Smiles program located in Queens NY.
Our Pen Pal Program focuses on youth communication through letter writing and a virtual class in which we log in every Wednesday for the youth to take a class with each other and engage in learning and relationship building. Our goal is to take the youth here on a road trip to NYC to meet their new classmates and engage in a day of fun and learning, site seeing and activities. The money raised will go to transportation of the youth and feeding our wonderful group of amazing kids. All donations are appreciated.
