Freedom Dance Studio

Hi, my name is Shatima Bennett. I am the current owner of Freedom Dance Studio. I realized there wasn't a space available  for inner city youth to express their self but was desperately needed.  I opened this studio to empower and mentor young dancers through the arts, community service, and scholorly work. 

Due to unforeseen  facility repairs the studio is at risk of closing. In order to continuing aiding the community and aiding the youth, we are asking for donations to keep the doors open.

Freedom isn't your typical dance studio, this is a safe place for every child that comes in the door. We provide a tutor for all the dancers, counseling, meals, and so much more. With your support you will be helping me to continue with my services for the the community. Please assist me in helping our younger generation realize, respond, and reach their dreams.
