Down payment to better health

Hello! I am new at this asking for help thing, but I see I have little other choice. I am 51 years old and have been married to the same beautiful lady for 31 years. We have 3 children (two are grown and married with kids of their own). Our boy is 15 and still lives at home. My wife works 60+ hrs a week (she is self employed and has had the same business for 24 years) and makes decent money. I am disabled from 2 strokes and COPD. COPD is the reason I am asking for help. We have discovered that the home we are in is infested with mold, and it is complicating my COPD to the point it is becoming unbearable and we would like to try and purchase a new/used mobile home to replace it with. We have always tried to pay cash for everything we have and it is now hurting us with financing or finding a loan. We have 4 acres of land that our current home is located on (current home is paid off but is a 70s era double wide that I got cheap and remodeled. I am no longer able to do that sort of work. We are still paying for the land. We just don't have the money for a down payment with our credit situation.I figured I would give this a try and see if it might help us get the down payment so maybe we could get some sort of loan or buy a used home in good shape....I would even love to hear any advice you may have.We are also open to High interest personal loans if any investors would find that as something they might do.
