A Forever Home For My Son And I

Yes, I am a single mom. I left a very abusive realtionship 5 yrs ago, putting me and my then 2 yr old son on a bus in the middle of the night, with only what we could carry. He didn't blink an eye, he didn't ask where "daddy" was, he knew I was bringing him to safety, as I had told him many times before that I would. And we rode for 3 days on a bus, because all I cared about was giving my son a chance at a real life, for hope. It was a bit hard in the beginning, we stayed in homeless shelters, motels, But my son motivated me to be the Best version of myself I could be. I had a couple crappy jobs at first, until I found my calling....Dog Grooming !! I love it so much ! Such a passion of mine, made a career out of it, and I actually enjoy going to work 5 days a week. So soon after we finally got our own place, which started off as a studio apartment, then we were able to get a one bedroom.....after less than a yr of being there, our landlord tells us he has sold the place to Veteran Housing, and we have to leave in 30 days. Luckily I have a great boss, who knew someone who had a house for sale, was empty, and I could move in at a good price of monthly rent, but with the expectations to own. Well my time is up, I have been saving, as much as I possibly can but it is just not enough. With the closing costs, lawyer, and everything else that comes along with buying a house, I am just very overwhelmed. And my son Loves it here, he feels like we live in a "real home". I don't want to fail him. I have worked so hard, but there is only so much one person can do on there own. Please.......Please. If anyone can help me make sure this dream of mine happens, I would Greatly appreciate it.
