After a 10 year siege dealing with banks and their abusive practices of ignoring our year long requests for their support (which they invited us to do but never, ever responded) to restructure terms of our mortgage; we've exhausted our resources. We filed for bankruptcy several years ago and our debt was discharged.
We have not been able to keep current with our mortgage and we now face foreclosure on our only home of 35 years. Auctioning of our home will follow ending in our inevitable eviction at some point in the near future. We will soon turn 75 with no resources to even move to any apartment. We are barely surviving on Social Security. Making copayments on my wife's substantial medical bills resulting from emergency surgery for a serious subdural hematoma suffered from a fall at home, has been virtually impossible.

We have been able to borrow almost two thirds of Linda's retainer fee of $6810.00 It is essential that we raise/borrow the balance of $2260.00 so we can secure her defense of our critical foreclosure situation.
Once we can present her retainer fee she will be able to defend our interests while she discovers and challenges document deficiencies in every sale and resale of our 35 year old mortgage history.
We have one car which only I drive since my wife has yet to be medically cleared to drive again. I have been doing my best to supplement our SS benefits by driving for both well known ride-hailing services. Earnings are inconsistent due to regular fluctuations in ride demand.
I would love to be employed again, fully, part time, or on a project by project basis. My expertise has been in sales, specifically hospital oriented and commercial medical laboratory products.
