A Father's Funeral Expenses

I am running this page in the place of a very close and important family friend whose father is passing away. Their father has been struggling throughout the past year with declining health, but now his struggles are coming to an end. On April 17th, his eldest daughter received a phone call informing her that his initially minor gallbladder infection had worsened and that the antibiotics were no longer working. Due to the poor condition of his heart and the severity of his infection, surgery to remove his gallbladder was a dangerous option that her father did not want to take. From that point onward, the doctors outlined that his life could be measured in days.


With his death approaching, the financial burden of paying for the funeral is gripping at their throats. Due to familial circumstances, the costs of the funeral will fall on the shoulders of his three daughters—all of which are currently amidst their undergraduate studies, and only one currently working part time. Donating to ease their collective burden would truly mean more than words could describe. It is at these times when human kindness is needed most.
