For the Kotin family

Jake Kotin, a freshman at Stone Bridge High School, attempted suicide on December 14, 2016. He was hospitalized and hours later declared brain dead and went into a coma. On Friday, December 16 he will be taken off of life support and his organs will be donated to save 8 lives. All proceeds will be given to his family and would mean the world to them, and help them get through these tough times. Every dollar makes a difference. All comments will be given to the family. The family has now decided for the money to go to a charity to prevent this from ever happening again. To anyone that thinks this is a scam we have been approved by his family.
