We are raising money to help Rick with the expenses that he will face following the unexpected loss of his longtime partner. Kim and Rick have been together for the last 15 years, and have always been there for one another. Two weeks ago, Kim went to the emergency department because she was having trouble breathing, and was admitted to the hospital. Over the next 12 days, hospital staff did all they could to help her, unfortunately the combination of issues (asthma, rhinovirus, influenza, and pneumonia) were just too much for her to overcome.
