For Hospital and Medical Expenses

I suffer from Crohn's Colitis, and have recently been diagnosed with epilepsy. In addition, our vehicle broke down and was reposessed. 

Collections notices are coming in left and right while we are barely holding on to our house. We are in desperate need! Please help!
