For Headway&Stroke Association
Tax deductible
My Mum is shaving her hair as awareness of all brain injuries. In 2013 my loving, brave & strong Dad sadly had a stroke which affected large area in his brain also including his movement and speech. The Stroke Association helped him out more than we could ever wish for, therfore our aim is to raise money for such a wonderful charity.
The reason we chose our 2nd charity which is Headway is because again sadly in 2017 my Dad got diagnosed with incurable cancer.. Dad hit rock bottom and felt like he had nothing left. Then he got introduced to the Headway team and ever since then they never made him feel any less important and always supported him and our family. Unfortunately our amazing superhero Dad passed away on Boxing Day 2017, he will never be forgotten and will be so grateful for everyone’s support& donations to his favourite charities who helped him in the darkest days of his life.
