For Edgar jaciel ferral Lopez

Edgar was killed in a hit and run accident  on 43rd and Indian school on Saturday 13 around 11 pm. He was turning on a green light, where the other driver went through a red light which led to hitting Edgar. After the accident the driver then got off and ran off on foot. Edgar was taken to the hospital, but unfortunately died on the way there. It would be great if we can get some help, thank you
