Fast allen Foodstartups fehlt es an Kontakt zu Endverbrauchern und attraktiven Ladenflächen.
Um jungen Startups in der Foodszene die Chance zu geben sich am Markt zu etablieren haben wir, Christine und Stefan, von www.foodbuzz.de den FoodCampus in Berlin Mitte, nähe Rosenthaler Platz/Alexander Platz angemietet.
In unserem Store in Berlin Mitte werden FoodStartups für den Endverbraucher erlebbar. Dort können die Produkte probiert, kommentiert, bewertet und natürlich gekauft werden.
An diesem Standort kann sich jedes FoodStartup risikolos präsentieren und Erfahrung für den Proof of Concept sammeln.
Ausgedacht haben sich das Yvonne und Oliver Friedrich, Christine Arnoldt und Stefan Kny. Yvonne und Oliver Friedrich bringen 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Food und Franchising mit. Christine Arnoldt und Stefan Kny haben dank mehr als 150 FoodStartup-Interviews ein Gespür für Trends und Märkte. Davor haben sie ein hochwertiges informatives Magazin für Essen, Trinken, Genuss und Lebensstil verlegt.
Gemeinsam soll ein Ort zum Erleben, Austauschen und Geniessen geschaffen werden.
Was bieten wir den FoodStartups:
- 3 Monate ( Oktober - Dezember 2018) in unserem Store in Berlin Mitte
- Verkaufspreis wird von den FoodStartups vergeben, wir nehmen eine Provision in Höhe von 20%
- Wir kümmern uns um Miete, Personal, Nebenkosten und Promotion
- mediale Reichweite
- Netzwerk und Kontakte zu Großhandel, Handel, Hotellerie und Gastronomie
- Durchführung von Events mit FoodStartup-Produkten z.b (Talk & Taste, Talk & Race)
- Bloggerevents
- Foodparty mit FoodStartup-Produkten bei Gratisverkostung muss der Besucher ein Feedbackbogen ausfüllen.
- Boxen für Privat und Firmenkunden mit den spannenden FoodStartup-Produkten.
Was bieten wir dem Kunden?
Neue FoodStartup Produkte kennenlernen. Viele Produkte sind erklärungswürdig oder erfordern Verkostung und Promotion, diese übernehmen wir. Die Produkte des Startups sind eng verbunden mit den Gründerpersönlichkeiten und Ihren Visionen dahinter. Jetzt geht es darum diese auch zu erleben.

Store in Berlin for Food start ups
Almost all young food startups face the same challenges when they start their business - they lack the direct contact to their customers and an attractive, affordable location.
In order to help food start ups at exactly this stage where they want to establish in the market, Christine Arnold and Stefan Kny from foodbuzz.de, rented the Food Campus in Berlin Mitte.
In this store in the heart of Berlin we present food start ups and their products directly to the customer-we offer the chance to taste, buy and evaluate.
The start up can achieve a proof of concept, gain experience and get business support.
This idea came from Yvonne & Oliver Friedrich and Christine Arnold & Stefan Kny.
Yvonne & Oliver Friedrich are in the food and franchise business for more than 20 years now and bring great expertise from their work with food start ups.
Christine Arnold & Stefan Kny did more than 150 start up interviews and have a great sense for trends and markets. In the past they published a sophisticated journal for food and lifestyle.
Together they teamed up to create a space for food, indulgence and socializing.
What we offer food start ups
*3 month in our store in Berlin Mitte (October- December 2018) to present their products
sales price is set by the start up, we get a commission of 20 %
we take care of rent, staff, promotion and additional costs
media coverage
networking contacts to hotels, retail, food service industry
organisation of food start up events ( talk& taste)
blogger events
Food party with all the food the food start ups with tastings and feedback papers
Food packages with all hot start up products for private customers or companies
What we offer customers
Get to know all hot new food start up products. Many new products need to be explained and sampled to the customer. We take care of this. Behind every start up product there is an entrepreneur with a vision- meet these people in the Food Campus store.
