Food Four Paws

Food Four Paws was founded in 2017 by Monica Martin. Monica was born in Navasota and has had a deep love for animals her entire life. After many years away from the area, she and her husband returned to Grimes County in 2013 to be closer to family and friends. Since then, the Martins have added 2 additional dogs to their pack, now totaling 4! Radar, Rocky, Rambo, and Ruger consider themselves pretty privileged pooches but know there are many furry friends in the area that aren't as fortunate. Monica decided to start Food Four Paws to directly benefit the Navasota Animal Shelter. The cats and dogs of the shelter are always in need of food, healthcare, and much more. Food Four Paws works effortlessly to ensure that the shelter animals receive the best care possible until they find their forever home.

Don't forget to join us annually, the second Saturday in September, as we stock the shelter! This year's event will be held at Madison's Avenue in Navasota from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

We appreciate all donations, but to keep our cats and dogs feeling and looking their best, we cannot accept Old Roy or Alpo dog food, foods with fillers, or foods with colored pieces.
