With a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, Roby has chosen to continually live life to the fullest and has willed himself to thrive on a daily basis. By creating the entertaining and educational Tulsa-born podcast Focus on Health, Roby now wants to bring his voice to even a wider audience.

Tulsa Oklahoma's Focus Production Podcast on Health is going to Los Angeles!
According to Richard Roby, producer of the broadcast, the new show will be one hour long and will offer listeners new insight on health related issues of many sorts.
Our local podcast, originally conceived to assist persons with brain disease issues, is quickly gaining national and international attention, and has just signed to join the line up of KABC radio in Los Angeles.
"When we heard some of the initial programs, we knew we wanted this show as part of our summer line up, " according to Debbie Paine, spokesperson for KABC.
Focus on Health will feature information, music, entertainment, education and news aimed at patients, families, caregivers and the professional public.
The show, focused on health, will be produced in Tulsa at Drapp Studios and transmitted to Los Angeles each week.
The original 30-minute format is now being extended to a weekly one-hour podcast set for a 13-week contract with KABC.
And this is where we need your help.
With a June 3, 2016 start date quickly approaching we need to secure extra funds to bring our message to a larger audience.
While this partnership is such an exciting opportunity, our humble budget needs a boost from supporters like you, who share our vision of bringing a hopeful message to those in need. Here is your opportunity to be part of assisting others who are hurting physically, emotionally and psychologically.
With sophisticated equipment, talent, advertising, studio time and travel, we need to raise at least $10,000 to make this a fully realized project.
"The program will be a perfect conduit to listeners of KABC and will allow us to offer a venue of public service as well as quality entertainment."
KABC is the flagship station at the American Broadcasting Company.

Roby, who now lives in a nursing home, conceived the program when he realized there wasn't enough information on Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.
"I wanted to create something that would allow listeners to know more about the importance of health, find hope, and be inspired in all aspects of their life, no matter the circumstance.", Roby said. "It is very exciting to see it continue to reach all of America and the world."
Roby, the originator and producer of the program will continue to work with a quality staff to provide valued information. Along with Roby the staff includes Kathy Casey, Co-Host and Co-Producer; Derek Drapp, Marketing Director; Louis Drapp, Chief Engineer and Associate Music Director; and Jon Glazer, Music Director.
"With this staff, so willing to go the extra mile and producing quality programming, we hope to provide a venue of information and entertainment that will help other people lead a more fulfilling life," Roby said.
Roby, now suffering with end-stages of Parkinson’s disease, has reserved levels of stamina and energy to see this program launch, but time is of the essence as he wants to see his vision come to fruition. In other words, he is dying, and instead of lying down and allowing his disease to take over, Roby is now asking for your immediate help in bringing new life to Podcast on Health.
