Church renovations

Our Church the Kitwancool Pentecostal Church has fallen into disrepair and languishing in constant and endless minor repairs. Our efforts in the past have met with resistance and funds have gone missing or never appeared in proper accounts nor have fund raising efforts reaped positive results, we made many changes including changes in Banks and new Banking Protocol.
The Changes brought us new found security and funds going to this account is certain and only accessible via proper procedures. We have a new Church board, new Bank, new Elders, new outlook, now we can begin completing the repairs and Upgrades to the Church Building that have not been done for over fifty years. I was a child when I saw the building being repaired, now approaching sixty years of age, I took it in hand to do these repairs to save the Building that was built and completed in 1914 approximately(?) we applied to Heritage Canada for assistance and response was that this fund was already accessed ten years ago, we had no idea that it was done nor have we seen the proposed renovations.
The heating for the Church is failing, this device is over thirty years of age in the building and hails from some church in Minnesota. Board meetings have met with resistance in the past and suggested repairs that by our research we learned repeated repairs would be a constant bane every two years, we choose to not go this route. We searched for new Furnace and the new one appears to be maintenance free projected over thirty years, this is our suggested route to pursuit and complete.
Finally, in our Church, our new Congregation has gone from 5 of us to over twenty in the last year, we hosted some events that saw our building filled several times, Special events have proven successful. Completed repairs will extend the Church building life from over next ten years to an Indefinste lifespan. We pray for help as the past Elders and Board have put this church into debt many times over, we now have funds we is very modest having a need to pay old accounts applied to this Body of Christ. We are now enjoying success where there was none due to misused funds in the past.
