My mother, Angela, was diagnosed with stage 4 retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma in August 2011. Over the last 6 years, she has gone through chemotherapy and multiple surgeries, and has had periods of remission. However, in August 2017 new tumors appeared and she is currently undergoing treatment again for this incurable cancer.
When she was little, her Uncle Jack told her stories about the time he spent in New Zealand during WWII. Since then, she has always wanted to travel there. Recently, her son Joshua, who DJs for Celebrity Cruises, was transferred to a ship sailing from New Zealand and Australia. He will only be on this ship for the next 2 months and can get her on as a family member at a very low cost.

She is a modest person who rarely spends money on herself and often sacrifices her needs for others. Please help me raise money for the plane ticket to send her to Auckland and make a dream come true.
