Over the past 10 years we have put our hearts and souls into this ministry. We have worked countless hours, held literally hundreds of meetings, teleconferences, webcasts, etc., ...all for free.
NOW we need your help!
We want to be able to continue our work and become an even greater blessing to our local community and to the large global community we reach through our online webcasts and courses in addition to local events at Flowering Heart Center.
"Flowering Heart" is the DBA of our 35 year-old 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit organization. Our ultimate purpose is to assist the global shift in human consciousness which is already taking place, by awakening one heart at a time. When enough of us experience our hearts flowering with compassion and unconditional love, we will finally let go of a world rooted in separation, competition, conflict and violence and usher in a new civilization built on the foundation of unity, cooperation, harmony and peace.
TEMPLE PROJECT: Our main goal now is to acquire a new building for Flowering Heart Center outside of the house where our family lives and where we have been meeting for the last 8 years. During this time we have hosted hundreds of meetings and welcomed literally thousands of people into our home for diverse interfaith courses, meditations, seminars, etc., and conducted weekly global webcasts from our small in-home studio.
WHY a new location? It is time to relocate to a more public venue, so that we can be open to serve the community 7 days a week hosting diverse activities which contribute to integrated spiritual growth and wholeness. The center will welcome teachers, healers, therapists, yoga and qigong classes, meditation groups, faith communities, worship services, nutrition and health classes, Tai Chi and other offerings representing many traditions and modalities. These individuals and groups will pay for the use of the center, have their own key and carry on their activities throughout the week.
INCLUSIVE & INTERFAITH: This will be a truly inclusive community spiritual center welcoming all people and all paths. It will make a great contribution to the Tampa Bay area and, through our internet webcasts, to the entire world.
The new building could be donated, purchased or leased. It will need to have a large meeting hall (for public presentations, community gatherings, visiting teachers, meditation groups and inter-faith celebrations), adequate bathrooms, a kitchen (where we can prepare yummy food) and several classrooms (for smaller groups and processes, as well as individual practitioners, healers and therapists).
INDEPENDENT: Flowering Heart is not tied to the support or hierarchical agenda of any single teacher, organization, religion, faith tradition or belief system, so it can remain open to teachers, teachings and practices from all disciplines and paths that contribute to holistic and balanced spiritual growth.
GLOBAL ONLINE VIRTUAL COMMUNITY: For those who do not live near us, we will continue to offer weekly LIVE online meetings, and expand to offer many new online courses and events. The center will be set up so that we can webcast many of our events worldwide. Join a thriving virtual community uniting kindred spirits around the world.

CURRENT STATUS OF THE TEMPLE BUILDING PROJECT: We have already received more than $14,000 in cash donations. Also, we recently received a donation of about $20,000 in equipment to furnish the main auditorium (including a portable stage, a lectern, 150 chairs (in addition to the 50 we already have for a total of 200), an awesome public address system with a 24 channel mixer, several amps, 6 large speakers, wireless microphones, a video projector with a 12 foot screen, and much more. Now, we just need the right building.
Our business plan is for us to have funds to lease a building with 6 months of operational expenses covered in advance. To make this possible we estimate that we need to raise an additional $75,000. As soon as that happens we will launch the new center!
Whatever seed you sow, you will reap, many times over. Whenever you give us a donation, we take a strong intent and pray for you, and we will do this whenever you give in the future. We pray for the Divine to bless you with deeper Awakening and the Flowering of your Heart. We boldly claim that the seed you have sown will be multiplied back to you many times over, with floods of grace and miracles in every area of your life, and that your heart's desires will be fulfilled in abundance.
