FLOOD RELIEF TRINIDAD

Severe flooding has affected thousands of residents in Trinidad and Tobago. about 10% of the population is need of some kind of relief aid.
My name is Barry Roberts, I'm a Trinidad native currently living on Long Island, NY. My heart breaks seeing the people of my homeland suffer while their possessions are flooded. I've set up this fund with the sole intention of paying for the air/ocean freight costs of the relief goods that are being supplied to numerous NY drop points.
At the moment, funds are being used to pay various air and ocean carriers for space aboard their flights and vessels. The money collected from this fund will be withdrawn by myself to directly pay the air/ocean carriers. All receipts for expenses will be uploaded to this GoFundMe page for full transparency. In the event that there are left over funds, they will be directed deposited to the ROTARY CLUB of SAN JUAN for their expenditures while clearing, recovering and distributing our cargo in Trinidad. The contact is Michelle Ramnath, President of the Rotary Club of San Juan. The goods that we send to her, will be distributed in the hardest hit areas and other remote regions where help has not arrived.
