Hello friends. As many of you know, my hometown of Princeville, NC was devastated recently by flooding, due to Hurricane Matthew. It's the second time in 2 years that this has happened.
While my mother, Patricia Spellman, is physically fine, the tragedy has left her emotionally scarred and materially at a deficit. It took her years to recover from the 1999 flood. With your help, that time can be cut greatly.
My sister and I, along with friends and family, are doing all we can to help her. However, we can't do it all. We need your help. My mother needs your help.
Our hope is that we can raise enough money to replace the clothes, shoes, and appliances she lost. I'm especially asking members of my beloved Fraternity, Omega Psi Phi, and Aumni of my Dear Alma Mater, North Carolina Central University to please consider my mother in her time of need.
