Flint Celebrates International Jazz

Donation protected
April 30 has been designated International Jazz Day by the Thelonious Monk Institute and UNESCO. To honor the day, Flint's own Jazz on Wheels will host a FREE  afternoon of live jazz Sunday April 30 1-5PM in the
parking lot of Atwood Stadium.  Some of Michigan's finest musicians and vocalists will gather to celebrate
the historic occasion.

Jazz on Wheels, a registrered 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is excited to open its 15th season with a BANG! and is committed to making this an annual event. Costs include rental fees and security deposit to Kettering University, liability insurance required by the venue, printed materials  and paying the multitude of performers. See jazzday.com and jazzonwheels.org  for more info.

Performers to date include;
Dwight Adams, John Douglas, Eugene McBride,
Hassan El-Amin, Ralphe Armstrong,  Rayse Biggs,
