Our Norfolk based Little League Baseball All Star Team, Fleet Park Minors needs your help to raise money so that they can travel to compete in the State Championship! They just won the double elimination tournament today!!! They are preparing for the State Championships, that will take place in Coeburn, VA Starting on July 6th. This means we only have only 5 DAYS to reach our goal to pay for the team's expenses.
This team of 12 wonderful boys, worked and trained hard to get this far. With their passion for the game, these boys were selected based on their talent, drive and love for the game - encompassing the best well rounded baseball team. This is not just any baseball team. These kids were put up against non-stop adversity and over came each time in the district tournament. They have earned the right to be here and need your help. Any donation will help. They should be rewarded for not only winning, but learning life lessons that will serve them later like perseverance, mental toughness and team work while keeping it fun. In life, there are always challenges and these boys have learned how to deal with them. This team fought back in every game. REWARD THEM!
