Help me with my dream of moving

My name is Wagner and I'm from Brazil. Since I was 13, I've decided I wanted to move out of Brazil. I've choosen to move to Canada, but to move there permanently I would have to deserve it. So I studied hard and got a 100% scholarship in a great college, then worked even harder and got many years of experience in my field of expertise. All the money I ever made was destined to help my family. Today, I finally qualify to move to Canada under the Economic Class immigration process. However, to this, according to the immigration agency Canadian Citizenship & Immigration Resource Center (CCIRC) Inc., I need to have 12 thousand dollars in savings (so one couldn't say I get into Canada to become a beggar or criminal) and more 5 thousand with the expenses in hiring the services of the agency. I don't have any savings. None of my relatives nor any bank would give me a loan (I asked). I know there are people with bigger problems and some would say I can survive here, it's true... but I don't want to survive. I want to live. I've been robbed so many times, I've seen so many dear friends and family victim to violence and crime, I simply can't stand it anymore, I can't live here. If I could pay you back, I swear I would. All I need is this one chance, this opportunity would change my life. Save my life. I'm sorry to bother, but please, if you could help me just a little, I'd be forever grateful.
