Fix Toby's Teeth!

Hi guys!
By now most, if not all, of you are familiar with Toby. This charming old cat came into my life last spring and swept me off my feet! He has helped make magnificent improvement to my life and the lives of my friends with his sparkling personality and constant meowing. But now he needs our help.
This winter we saw Dr. Kushlan of Reno's own Fairgrounds Animal Hospital for a check-up. She let us know that Toby, while in good health for a gentlecat of 10 years old, has some very serious problems with his teeth. His back molars on the left hand side are rotting and need to be removed as soon as possible to ensure that he will continue to be able to eat, wander around the apartment demanding to be fed, and otherwise continue his life of feline leisure. All things said and done, the removal of all the necessary teeth's roots (estimated at 12 total) should cost $1,931.72. Removal will require that Toby be put under anesthesia-- the associated costs are itemized on the estimate below:
Undergoing multiple surgeries is not a viable option for him because this would only serve to increase cost over time and would put greater strain on his little kitty cat body. I've been advised that it is best to take care of all the teeth that need to be pulled in one fell swoop. Unfortunately, I don't have $1,931.72 lying around and am unlikely to come up with the sum total in the near future.
Since payment for this procedure will be due on the surgery date, I'm asking for your help.
All donations will be used to help fund this surgery and, if applicable, any aftercare needs that Toby has.
