Fix Randee Sue's Bike

We are trying to raise enough money to get my sister's bike fixed. On August 8, 2018, my sister, Randee Sue, was hit while riding her bike in the neighborhood. Her and a car came to the same four way stop and the guy motioned her to cross. When she got half way across the street, for reasons unknown, he drove right into her. She ended up on the street, with the bike on top of her. My sister is disabled from the waist down and her feet were strapped into her bike. We know that he saw her and he still hit her. After he hit her, he got out and acted as if he was going to help, but she told him to not touch her. Then he got back in his car and left. He left my sister laying in the middle of the street. Luckily she is going to be ok, but we need to get her bike fixed. Her bike is her freedom. It is a custom hand-pedaled bike and the parts are expensive.
