Fix Alex's (Akiyama's) roof!

A tree owned Alex's house in Alabama during Hurricane Michael last week.  Fortunately nobody was seriously injured, but he still doesn't have power, progress is slow on removing the tree much less getting a new roof, and the last thing he needs is to worry about his insurance deductible.  So that's what we're shooting for to start, but if we go beyond that first $1000 there's other stuff we can help him and his family with.
