Hello family, friends, coworkers, acquaintances and generous strangers:
On behalf of my mother, I am writing as our family is in need again of a new scooter to assist my mother with her mobility. Over the last three years, we have worn out insurance and grant funding as the lifespan of scooter for our mother is about 1 year. Insurance will only cover a 1 scooter every 5 years. We have a few more years to go!
YOUR DONATION WILL HELP US PURCHASE THE FOLLOW SCOOTER
Over 25 years ago, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). In the last 4 years, she has reliable upon a scooter to enhance her quality of life. Over the last few years, she has had 4 different scooters. Her current scooter is worn and currently no longer the best device for her.
A new high powered, outdoor scooter would drastically improve her quality of life and prevent other medical issues. It would also financially save our family! The ability to have scooter to handle outdoor terrain would be life changing for her! My mother loves to garden and enjoy the outdoors.
