DREAM HOME GOES UP IN FLAMES

Donation protected
August 2016 Ms, Lee purchase her dream home with hopes to move in with her 5 daughters by Thanksgiving  2016.

At the time the property needed work considering it had been sitting vacant for 9 years.

During the process of fixing the house so the family could move in the home  flooded 1 week prior to Thanksgiving, thanks 2 plumbers who had been finishing up on the plumbing system.

At that point  the move was delayed for several more months.

During this time Ms. Lee Brother Tas spent day and night watching over the home, making sure the workers completed the work in a timely fashion.

The home was set to be fully completed on April 28, 2017 but on April 18, 2017 the family's dream home went up in flames.

The family was having a cookout dinner celebrating the end of the repairs being done on the home.

Ms, Lee noticed flames in the garage through the glass office door area and YELLED FIRE, FIRE, FIRE guys its a fire all family members began to run to the front yard Frantically Yelling FIRE, FIRE, FIRE Please Help FIRE CALL 911 Please Its a FIRE...

Once on the front lawn the family began to account for one another and realize Ms. Lee's 2 year baby girl Amaya was not in the yard. At that moment, Uncle TJ, Uncle Tas and Ms, Lee run back into the burning home to find Amaya.

After a frantic search the smoke became to much and the members run back out of the home to the front yard.

Ms. Lee falls to the ground in disbelief that not only was the dream home burning but that her baby was in the home as well.

Just then Wally appeared from the back of the home with HOLDING Amaya tightly in his arms. Everyone began to yell Amaya, Amaya, Amaya..

Ms, Lee 3 brothers Tj, Tas, and Wally were temporarily living in the home at the time of the fire.

Tas & Wally lost all of the items they owned in the fire and are now staying with other family members.

Ms. Lee sister Majee was also in the home at the time of the fire preparing for a show the next day along with her 8 year old daughter. Majee lost items as well one of them being her Keys to her vehicle so she had to spend several weeks without a car, not to mention the emotional and mental trauma of witnessing what had taken place.

Ms. Lee and her Daughters are now living in an apartment nearby and plan to rebuild.

As the family moves forward each member of the family is doing their best not to allow the mental and emotional scars of what has happened get keep them down.

YES ALL MATERIAL  ITEMS AND FAMILY MEMORABILIA SUCH A VIDEO OF THE GIRLS  AS BABIES ARE GONE (it Hurts) But MOST IMPORTANTLY.

"WE STILL HAVE EACH OTHER!"

THE GOAL MOVING FORWARD IS TO:

1. REBUILD THE HOME

2. Replace the items for all family member who lost their belongings.

You can WATCH the news story the day of the fire.
