My name is Jason Prichard. I instruct science and engineering and coach the Robotics Team at Willis Junior High School in Chandler, Arizona. Please consider sponsoring our Willis Firebots VEX Robotics team.

The Firebots have had a great 2016-2017 season. They won the Excellence Award for the best overall middle school team in the state of Arizona.
This award has qualified the Firebots to participate in the international Worlds Championship Tournament in Louisville, Kentucky for the third year in a row. Your generous donations will help cover some of the cost of registration, travel, hotel, food, and transportation to the tournament.
Willis Junior High is a Title 1, federally aided school with 65% of our students living in households with incomes that are currently at, or below the standardized poverty level (a school can qualify for Title 1 status at only 40%). Sadly, this means that the majority of our students would not even be able to eat a lunch every day without the help of additional federal funding. Even with these extended needs of our students and their families, Willis is a proud and prospering school! We host a variety of programs for the middle school aged students of Chandler. Our school continually strives to challenge and encourage all of our students regardless of socioeconomic status!
