Hi Guys! My name is Finn and I got into a lot of trouble 5 days ago. I decided that a wash-rag that I somehow snuck out of my dad's house was very delicious. So delicious in fact, that I swallowed it whole.

Well a day later, I started to feel pretty bad. So bad in fact that all I could do was sleep and had no desire to move.  For awhile my daddy's would yell my name just to make sure that I was ok. After that they forced me to that nice doctor lady. Well she looked at me and knew pretty quickly that I ate something pretty bad and sent me to this giant building with lots of nice people. I don't really remember the following 48 hours, but I know that I was in a lot of pain. Thankfully now, I am on the mend and require a lot of attention and sleep. So my daddies are going to let me stay at the nice doctor lady's clinic for the next 10 days, while I recover and let my belly heal without my loud brothers around.

Translation:   Finn indeed ate a washrag. He's never actually had a history of eating large items so this was very surprising for us. He had emergency surgery to remove an obstructed blockage in his stomach. We were extremely lucky we got there when we did, since Finn had been suffering for a few days and was becoming very lethargic. I honestly don't even want to think about what would have happened had we not gotten him in when we did. We don't expect help, but truthfully this is going to set us back for quite a while. We put the gofundme together for the initial clinic visit and emergency surgery. We didn't request additional money for the sole reason that we don't have receipts for his boarding. Finn is our hero, he's the broken husky who has the most gentle soul, he's lazy and just loves to lounge around... like a cat. Brian and I would be eternally grateful for any help or donations that you provide. If by some miracle we go over the amount, any additional funds will be donated to Adopt-A-Husky, the agency we adopted Finn from.

Blessings!
