Patapsco UMC Fine: Helping Homeless

Patapsco United Methodist Church has long been an active member of the Dundalk community.  A soup kitchen and recently a safe haven for the homeless has been fined $12,000 by Baltimore County for permitting the homeless to stay on their church property. While the church is not housing anyone within it's doors, complaints from a neighbor about the homeless outside have resulted in the fine.
