Fighting with Logan

On Tuesday May 2, 2017 Logan, my 7-year-old neighbor, went in to have an ultrasound on what they thought was a hernia. After some tests and anxiously waiting they found it was cancer. On May 9, 2017, after a long week of waiting, Logan was diagnosed with a Blastemal Wilms Tumor.

 I have a little brother and can’t image having to go through this so I am inspired to help where I can.  To help Logan and his family, I will be donating all funds I raise from my 4H market goat project to help the family. Logan and I will spend the summer working and conditioning the goat which we will then show at the Davis County Fair on August 16, 2017.  Our goat will then be auctioned on Saturday August 19th at the Jr. Livestock sale. 

I am searching for sponsors to help reach my goal of $3,000 to purchase this goat at the sale and donate all funds to Logan and his family.    Any size donation will help.

The Davis County Jr. Livestock sale will be held on Saturday August 19th at 11:00am at the Jr. Livestock Barn at the Legacy Events Center.
