Fighting the Fight For Keera Daniel

Hi everyone. Barbara Vaillancourt here, I am a good friend of the  Stillar/Daniel family and I need your help to raise money for this family.They just received the worst possible news ever. Their 16 year old daughter, Keera Daniel,  has cancer. 
Keera is a very active young lady who participates in school sports at Chippewa High School. All her years playing sports and never has she had a accident. She is a bright girl who works hard to maintain good grades in school while balancing her sports activities.  She has a loving family who is there for her But they need more. 
They are looking at many trips to CHEO, chemo, and God knows what else. 
All her years in sports she has never had an injury. It took a fall out of bed for her to injure her knee. 10 weeks later here we are. Full blown cancer. The tumor grew so big it broke her femur and caused a lot of pain. That was when someone decided to look further. We don't know the stage yet but its bad. She has a long road ahead of her. 
Step Dad, Gord, works full time but as you can imagine he is having a hard time of it right now. He is in Ottawa with her which means he is not getting any money in. He has no benefits to cover this. 
Mom, Kerri,  works but has taken time off to be with her daughter until she is finished treatment and is on the road to recovery. She has no benefits as well. 
Like most families they live pay cheque to pay cheque. They have had to use their savings to repair the car to  get the mom and dad to CHEO to be with her. 
They have the added stress of trying to figure out how to pay the bills while trying to be in Ottawa to support Keera. The money raised here will go to pay their bills here in North Bay as well as helping to cover any medical expenses they may have. Travel money will be important as they will have to make many trips to CHEO. All funds raised will be transferred to the family uupon their request as needed through me.
This is where we all come in. Donate whatever you can No amount is to small. Lets show them how we can band together to support them in their time of need. Money should be the last thing they need to worry about when their child is fighting this crappy disease.
