Fighting to save Baby AJ

Please help me get the treatment and care my baby deserves! My precious Andrew "AJ" was born on October 18th and was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy,  The doctor are saying there's nothing they can do to treat his heart and that he needs a heart transplant but have denied him the transplant list because his kidneys are under developed as well. I know there's someone out there that has more answers but I need your help to get me there! They're asking what my plan is in wanting to disconnect support to let my poor angel pass away! While I was 24 weeks pregnant with Andrew the doctors discovered that he had a critical heart condition and said he would not survive the pregnancy.  As you can imagine I was devastated and every day after I was waiting for the worst to happen, it was a nightmare.  To all the doctors surprise My Andrew fought and made it through my pregnancy and at 35 weeks I delivered him by c-section as his little heart was starting to struggle too hard.  As soon as he was stable enough he was transferred to the children's hospital and they started all the required tests on his heart to see if he was eligible for open heart surgery. We were soon informed that heart surgery was not an option for his diagnosis of DCM dilated cardiomyopathy, bioventricular dysfunction and respiratory failure and our only hope at survival would be a heart transplant. Immediately all other tests started to see if he would be a candidate, but soon we discovered his kidneys were very under developed and every day they have gotten slightly worse.  I've worked hard my whole life from the age of 14 years old  and have never asked anybody for anything but I Need to be at my babies side and need help with day-to-day expenses, traveling back-and-forth to the hospital, gas, food and taking care of my four-year-old at home. God forbid I will  need to plan services for my son.   I don't even know what to do or think right now, my heart is completely broken and my four-year-old is waiting for his brother to join us at home and has no idea and I have no way to explain it.
