We are starting this gofund me for our dear friend and loved one, Jared Nation.
After months of unbearable pain while trying to eat and drink, he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer.
Jared is a loving, devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Mindy, have two beautiful children who are their entire world. Along with being a husband and father, he is a twin brother, loving son, and beloved uncle. He is also the best friend and co-worker that anyone could ever have.
Jared works full-time at Springfield Regional Medical Center as a Respiratory Therapist, where he spends his days helping others and saving lives. Jared will be going to OSU for surgery and his treatment plan. Due to a recent status change and transitioning from two positions to one full-time position, he is ineligible for short-term disability. The cost of all of this is going to be astronomical and our goal is to help Jared and his beautiful family as much as possible. We are asking all of our friends, co-workers and loved ones to donate money to help offset the costs of the treament as he will not be bringing in any income for the next 6 months.
