My inspiration to begin this gofundme campaign is to bring together friends and family near and far to help David fight the fight. David Anthony Aguirre is 24 years old and has a 3 year old son Aiden Anthony Aguirre. David is the son of my life long friend Dora Aguirre and Victor Aguirre. David was diagnosed with cancer in September 2016 and has undergone extensive and aggressive rounds of chemotherapy as well as spinal surgery at a San Antonio hospital. After a long preparation for a stem cell transplant doctors decided to postpone the procedure. Time is of the essence, so I am asking everyone to join the fight with David. On April 4, 2017 David was transported via ambulance to MD Anderson hospital in Houston, Texas. With faith in God, Dora and Victor (David's parents) at his side David will continue his fight at this highly acclaimed hospital. Please I am asking everyone to donate what is in your heart. I truly appreciate it. This will help with medical bills, travel expenses etc. Together we can win the fight and help David come back home to Aiden.
