Fight for Zoe---Help Tiffany fight!

I am starting this Go Fund Me for my friend Tiffany. She is the primary caregiver to her daughter Zoe. Zoe is a speical needs child who is non verbal, incotinent, immobile, NPO/Feeding tube requiring total care. Total care given by her mother Tiffany. Zoe is a very sweet and funny 13 year old. Her only words are "bye" and "Pat-a-cake" Ohhhh how she loves her "Pat-a-cake"! Zoe was diagnosed with Cebral Palsy at age 3 and epilepsy at age 8. She sees many doctors including but not limited to, PCP, Neurology, Urology, and GI. With all that being said Zoe is a very special girl who is loved very much!
Her mother/caregiver is now having to fight Zoes biological father in court. She is having to fight for him to pay child support for his own child. He has went and paid over $5000.00 for a lawyer to go into court and attempt to say that Zoe does not need total care. The lawyer claims Tiffany can get a full time job and the father pay $50.00 weekly. Tiffany has a full time job caring for her daughter by herself. The father is neglectful in every way possible. Zoe comes home from weekend visits dehydrated and at times requiring hospitlization for IV fluids. She comes home with awful diaper rashes where he neglected to make sure Zoe was dry and cleaned. We would like her biological father to sign rights over at this point or be held accountable for his fatherly duties. We have found a lawyer who will work for Zoe. She is only requiring a $1200.00 retainer. She has a passion for special needs children and will fight hard for Zoe. I am asking that we help her come up with the retainer. Since child support is not reliable she has no extra income. She is always the first person to help others and I am asking for that favor to be returned. I have copies of medical records proving the things I have said. If anyone has any further questions I urge you to contact me and ask. I want you to know this money will be used to fight for Zoe. She can not fight for herself so her Mom is the only one who can step up to this job. Lets help her out!
