Fight for Ashley

Ashley was a hard working High School Student who has achieved success as a artist on a local and national level. From being Georgia's GHP winner for Theatre Design to having her work displayed at Hartsfield International Airport and the High Museum of Art to being published in The United States Achievment Academy Yearbook. She is no stranger to working hard to achieve her goals. In High School she was President for Art Club, Drama Club, International Thespian Society and National Art Honor Society to name a few of her many accomplishments.

She was full of life enjoying her Senior year at Eagles Landing High School and looking forward to going to the College of her dreams as she had recently been accepted to Ithaca College in upstate New York.
However, in March 2017 that all changed when she suddenly had trouble breathing and was taken to the hospital. It was there that we discovered that her body was producing a deadly liquid that was pushing against her lungs and heart and she has a tumor on her lung. She was later diagnosed with Cancer - T Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. She has been a trooper through this process as she has pushed through her first rounds of Chemotherapy at Emory University Hospital here in Atlanta, but still has a long fight ahead of her.
In order to be by her side and fight this fight hard I've had to give up my job so that I am able to care for her during this fight of beating Cancer. We are learning that in order to provide the safest environment, treatments, supplies, medications that it comes with great costs to fight this Cancer head on. We understand that everyone has their own fights in life, but if you are able to help in any way it would be a true blessing and would give Ashley the opportunity to help fight this Cancer head on to a bright future.
