Fight Cody's Cancer

2 weeks ago Cody Tucker was just a 14 year old boy running around playing baseball & basketball, hanging with friends and being silly. Cody told his grandparents (Londa and Albert Tucker) that his back was hurting. He said it was extremely painful so they decided to take him to Children's  ER for an Xray thinking he pulled or strained something. Never did they imagine CANCER. The doctor looked over the Xray and decided he wanted a CAT-scan then an MRI. That's when they broke the news that our precious Cody has Neuroblastoma on his spine behind his heart. They admitted him and began running all of the test needed to devise a plan of action. many doctors including his oncologist has used the term "unheard of" when discussing his prognosis. This is because normally this aggressive cancer is found in children between 1 to 5 years old. With Cody being 14 it is a very rare thing. Tomorrow a team of doctors will meet Cody and begin prepping for surgery, chemo and radiation. 

Londa and Albert are raising not only Cody but his older sister Meliya (17) and younger sister Faith (4m). They do not receive any funds from the state nor anyone else. Londa collects social security while working a part time job and Albert works full time with the Union. When Cody fell ill they had to be with him. of course which has caused a loss in income.  Albert has filed for FMLA to assist with Cody and his siblings. The cost of travel alone is getting expensive. This is where you can help! If you could help give something to take a little burden off of this family it would be so appreciated.
