URGENT NEED!! CAN YOU PLEASE HELP US SAVE QUEST???
Quest is a 16-year-old thoroughbred mare with a loving personality.
About six months ago, she was found on the side of the road, emaciated and near death, laying next to the body of her pasture mate.
A kind-hearted passerby refused to leave Quest there to die. She called the vet and paid for 8 weeks of intensive veterinary care and rehabilitation.
Quest is now in SEO’s hands and doing very well in training. She is very smart and willing to learn and could be that once-in-a-lifetime horse for someone.
But the neglect she suffered has taken a toll on her dental health. She has blown a large tooth root abscess and needs surgery ASAP because the infection could threaten her life.
It will cost somewhere between $1000-$4500, depending on what is found during surgery. SEO does not currently have the money, but we are committed to helping her. We need to fundraise – and FAST!
