Please help Jake

Jake is a  very energetic 4 year old Jack Russell terrier who loves everyone:  people, children, babies, dogs and cats. Anyone who knows him from the Sebastopol Dog Park knows he's faster than a speeding bullet.  Was.  Now he needs surgery to save his knee.  It's $4,000 plus $1000 for physical therapy which we can't afford.  Without the surgery, he'll go lame.

We'd appreciate any help.  Jake needs to be able to run again.
