In Memory of Michael Jozwiakowski

My husband, Michael Jozwiakowski, died suddenly January 4, 2016 leaving behind two young children and me, his wife.

Michael was not sick. In fact, he said he had a great day on Monday the 4th and felt fine. At 10:15pm, Michael collapsed. His heart stopped. I performed CPR until the paramedics arrived. They worked on Michael for 30 minutes before taking him away. By 11:30pm Michael was gone.

Michael wasn't the type of person who liked to plan for things especially uncomfortable events such as death so there is no life insurance.
