Truck driver needs help

I am a truck driver, and a proud parent of a US Marine... last week, I had a gallbladder attack while driving , I had to call an ambulance to the truck, I was taken to the hospital where I underwent surgery  and spent a week in pcu, they had to leave a drain tube in, which will require minor surgery to remove in 5 weeks, I will be out of work for at least 6 weeks and the only income will be my wifes social security which is 220.00 a month. my wife is medically unable to work at this time, since she also had major surgery recently , her medical bills wiped us out, we have no medical nsurance and now no income, and it looks like she is going to need another surgery for kidney stones in the near future.  so this is a last resort for us.. we have no where else to turn
