4th of July Tragedy: Car is totaled
Donation protected
On 4th of July my girlfriend, Yesenia Estrada's car was caught on fire due to an unknown reason and still under investigation. We were notified by our neighbor who had returned home from work and was also on the line with the Colusa Fire Department. Rushing outside to see the front end of the car fully engulfed in flames, the flames must have reached at least 6 feet tall. Due to the fact that she only had liability insurance, they informed her that they will not be able to cover any of the damages toward her car, in which she still owed around $5000. Having to raise $5000 will be extremely difficult because she is currently attending Sacramento State University as she is pursuing a bachelors degree in Child Development. The car was the only way to and from school. This tragedy will now be a set back for her as school is about to begin in the fall. She is a very hard and a dedicated worker, I wish this wouldn't have happen to her. Hopefully with the help of my family, friends, and my community to come together to help with any donations as they will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Sincerely,
Tony
