Help Save Our Home

In 2011 I married my high school sweetheart Nathanael Amrhein. We bought our first house in Benzie county. It was a forecloser and needed a ton of work but it was a perfect home for us. In 2012 our family started to grow and we welcomed out first daughter in to our home with a home birth with dance of life midwifery out of Traverse city mi, in 2013 we welcomed our second child in to our home with another home birth, in 2015 we welcomed our third baby in to our home another home birth and in 2017 we welcomed our forth baby in to our home again another home birth in our home in benzie county. I was living the fairytale of being a stay at home mom. Nate worked long hours for Alpers and Molon excavating for years. In 2016 he decide to put his college degree to use and open an Auto shop in Interlochen Mi (Amrhein automotive). Life seemed so perfect. On April 26th 2017 at 4:37pm I got a phone call I will never forget. It was a detective from Grand Traverse county. He told me he needed to speak with me and asked if we could meet at the Blair town hall in Grawn as soon as possible. We met right away he was meeting me to tell me my husband Nate was found deceased in his place of employment Amrhein Automotive. His death was ruled out as a thyroid storm. Just 6 weeks after we had our baby girl. I was devastated at 25 years old I became a widow to 4 amazing little kids.  I had lost my highschool sweetheart, my husband, my best friend and most importantly my kids dad. We had no life insurance and all of our savings had went in to opening Nate's auto shop. Nate had $157 in his pocket that's all we had. I realized in a blink of an eye my fairytale was over and I had to get a full time job. Everything we owned was in Nate's name only. My name was not on anything even tho we were married almost 7 years. That ment our home that built us had to go to Probate Court and I had to hire a lawyer. I had an amazing lawyer Joe Zimmerman at Zimmerman law office in TC Mi. Unfortunately months in to the case Joe passed away.  This whole year I have been making the monthly mortgage payments under the understanding Chemical bank would let the loan stay in Nate's name and we could just continue to live there and make the payments. Chemical bank now says that because my name was not on the title/deed of the house that come July 2 when the probate case is closed the FHA loan will be considered in default and they have every right to foreclose on it as my personal rep papers will no longer be good once the probate case is closed. They say all I can do is pay it off while I have the personal rep papers still or finance the home in my name but I am in no position to finance it in my name being young and a stay at home mom for almost 6 years I don't have the credit to do this. I am hoping for a miracle and to raise enough money to pay it off or atleast be able to hire another lawyer. The last thing I want to do is lose the home that we made our own. It's the only thing we have.
If you would rather go to a local Chemical bank and pay on it here is the information.
